The staff was mind-blowing, super helpful and friendly, always smiling and trying to satisfy everybody. The fitness room is jaw-dropping, with great improvements to the pool! The spa is the most nice thing, with a nice pool, jacuzzi, and a kid's pool. The outdoor playground is spacious and the breakfast at the restaurant is good. The view from the balcony is nice and the forest tracks are wonderful. Great value for money with free pool and nice relaxation facilities. The business facilities are great for team building. a fantastic stay with a nice lake and grill facilities outdoors.

I do not think it worthwhile to spend so much money and be disturbed because of a wedding that last up to 3 a. m. What is the purpose of going to the mountains when there more noise than in the city?

We had a blast playing table tennis and chilling on the sun terrace. Plus, they had a sick children's playground for the little ones. And let's not forget the cable programming that kept us entertained all night. Best vacay ever!

If I had to ask for one thing, it would be more fun activities for young party-goers. A party room or a dance floor would have been lit!

1) beds endowed with tough mattress (orthopedic) cant' sleep comfortably 2) restaurant outside hotel, not that suitable especially in the morning to have breakfast (with -12C outside) 3) have to wait very long time until you'll get your meal at the restaurant (1st evening took 50 min!) 4) can't pay with credit card when checking out, although perfectly valid, so had to get money at nearest ATM and to pay cash

The location of the hotel is beautiful, surrounded by a forest. the staff were professional and responsive, even going as far as googling routes. the restaurant had a decent assortment of food and the waiters were kind. the hotel had a playing room for kids with a variety of toys.

The room was small and filled with too much furniture, making it difficult to move around.

The hotel offers great amenities such as a gym and a pool, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day of work. the location was also a plus since it was close to the airport and the city center. Another advantage was the comfortable beds that let me get a good night's sleep before my early morning flight.

The shower drainage was a bit slow and the water temperature in the pool was too cold. the breakfast was also disappointing, with only a few options available.
